The level of care required in our practice is high, but we aim to help everyone in line with our vision. For this reason, we have implemented a waiting list for new patients. Patients who already have a general practitioner in Alphen aan den Rijn and wish to transfer to our practice will be placed on this waiting list, provided they live within our postal code area.

We have arbitrarily set the threshold for the waiting list at age 75 and older, as this group generally has greater healthcare needs.

When it is your turn, we will first schedule an introductory meeting to discuss mutual expectations.

Patients who wish to switch due to dissatisfaction with their current GP are kindly requested to first address the reason for their dissatisfaction with their GP. If necessary, they may then contact us to register, or have their GP call us directly in case of urgency.
