GP CONSULTATION HOURS

The general practitioner is available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and can be contacted for all your medical questions, referring you to other healthcare providers if necessary.

ASSISTANT CONSULTATION HOURS

There is an assistant consultation hour daily between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

You can make an appointment for this, either digitally or verbally.

The assistant is trained to perform medical procedures.

You can see her for: injections, smears through population screening, wart treatment, wound care, first aid, blood pressure monitoring, glucose monitoring, stitch removal, urine tests.

POH GGZ

The mental health practice assistant (POH-GGZ) is a psychologist who sees patients who are experiencing mental health challenges. During her consultation hours you can discuss your mental health challenges and together you can look for a solution. You will receive a text message to remind you of your appointment.

Practice nurse – Somatics

The practice nurse – Somatics (POH-S) sees patients with a chronic illness. These are patients with asthma, COPD, cardiovascular diseases, Diabetes mellitus. She also sees patients who want to quit smoking. You will receive a text message to remind you of your appointment.

Elderly care practice assistant

The elderly care practice assistant (POH-O) is there to help with diseases associated with aging and the practical problems that patients experience. The POH-O is also there to help patients with memory disorders. She keeps an eye on these patiënts. We are still looking for the right person fort his job.

Social practice assistant

The social practice assistant is there for all non-medical issues. She will work with you to find an answer to your request for help within the social domain. Examples of referrals may include: loneliness, stress, grief, financial problems, problems within your family, overburdened informal caregiver, etc.

If you have an appointment with the POH-S/ O or POH-GGZ, you’ll receive an appointment reminder via text message.

If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. That way someone else gets a chance to make an appointment at that time. It’s always possible that you miss an appointment. The first time this occurs we will call you with a friendly reminder, the second time you will receive a bill for “no show”.

If we have your mobile number and e-mail address we can e-mail your referral letter to you securely via Zorgdomein. You don’t have to print out anything at home. You will receive a text message with a code. You can use this code to open the e-mail. Then you’ll be able to see the telephone number and the healthcare domain number (ZD number) which you will need to make an appointment. You can also read the referral letter if you wish. For the laboratory test, in addition to the telephone number, you will see a link to make an appointment.

You will aways have to make an appointment at the hosital or labarotory te get there.
